These are the first four of eight planned replacement dormitory buildings as part of a redeveloped campus for Marine Corps students at The Basic School in the Camp Barrett section of the base. Each building provides 100 to 124 modules utilizing a module that is configured with a shared two person sleeping area.

The buildings were designed to be LEED rated or silver rated under Version 2.2 of the LEED Green Building Rating System for New Construction.

Phase 1: 100 double occupancy sleeping modules, house 200 personnel, 4 stories, 19,500 SF per floor, $20,000,000. Completed 2009. Certified LEED.

Phase 2: 124 double occupancy sleeping modules, 4 stories, 22,500 SF per floor. $20,000,000 Completed 2011. Certified LEED Silver.

Phase 3: 122 double occupancy sleeping modules, 4 stories, 22,500 SF per floor, completed 2012. $20,000,000 Certified LEED Silver.

Phase 4: 122 double occupancy sleeping modules, 4 stories, 22,500 SFf per floor, completed 2012. $20,000,000.  Under review for LEED Silver.
